Deliveries are available from Mondays to Sundays, please contact us for arrangement.
- 1 day is the preference for order processing, please contact us for urgent cases and we will try our best to fulfill. The processing day will be counted from 12:00pm every day, and simply it will show on the calendar for delivery.
- Our delivery team does our best to deliver directly to the recipient. If the recipient is unavailable upon delivery, we may leave the flowers with the reception or near the front door in a discreet place if possible. In case the doormen do not accept the flowers and there is nowhere safe to leave the flowers, they will be arranged to bring back to our shop. There will be a delivery charge incurred for the next delivery attempt.

The actual products will be based on the combination of the shown picture and description, it may be varied due to the seasonal supply, and we will substitute the unavailable flower in a similar style and colour. Please note as, with all the natural products, the shown picture and colour may slightly vary with the supply of fresh flowers.

Order cancellation is not acceptable and non-refundable upon confirmation.
- The delivery will be postponed to the next available day under inclement weather conditions including Typhoon signal 8 or above and black rainstorm signal.
